HOW LONG IS THIS MEMBERSHIP?
This membership is a 3 month commitment. You can renew your membership a month prior to your membership expires. Don’t worry! We’ll notify you when it’s time to renew!
WHAT CAN BE DONE IN 10 HOURS?
It depends, however you will have our full team dedicated to your needs. We can typically get multiple pieces of design collateral, multi-page e-book, sales page or a list of website updates. During our initial project call we'll discuss what's feasible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO COMPLETE MY PROJECTS?
It depends on the complexity of the project. Two weeks before the start of the new quarter, you’ll receive a form so you can request the exact items you’ll need support from our team on. After reviewing your form, we’ll set up a brief project review call to talk through your project and strategize. We ensure a fast turnaround as long as we have all outstanding items needed from you to complete your projects.
WHAT IF I HAVE A BIGGER PROJECT AND WILL EXCEED MY HOURLY LIMIT?
We know business needs change, so we’re flexible! You can (1) upgrade your tier in the current month or, (2) use your quarterly limit or, (3) you can book a Design Day with us if you don’t want to use up your monthly hourly limit.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE HOURS?
We know that needs change month-to-month which is why we allocate hours on a quarterly basis. Each membership tier includes a set amount of hours per quarter. Any projects that exceed that amount will be billed overages of $175/per hour. You will be notified once you have hit your quarterly hours allotment and can choose to resume the project the following quarter if you'd prefer not to pay overages.

Our preferred platforms are Showit, Squarespace, and Shopify. However, we also work on WordPress, Kajabi, Kartra, Webflow and Wix.
