Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Racheal wanted to rebel and chose a very different career path initially in university. But something deep inside still led her to pursue the path of starting her own business, which she successfully did multiple times!
This led Racheal to realize that entrepreneurship didn’t have to look like the “pounding-the-pavement”, extroverted approach of her parent’s generation. Even as an introvert, she was able to design a life she loved that balanced business with creativity- and she did it on her terms.
With the tides of business ever turning, Racheal dedicated herself to learning the business principles required to support her entrepreneurial endeavors. She now commits time to coaching other women on the ins and outs of business, and encourages them to follow their dreams, with a plan in place that will lead them to success.
In this episode, Racheal shares some insightful tips on creating a strategic plan that will result in predictable, repeatable income.
