Launching a business is exciting but can also be stressful. If you’re not careful you can end up burning yourslef out. Luckily, my friend Cassandra Wilder has some excellent advice on how to work with your body and avoid burnout.
In today’s episode, we discuss Cassandra’s wild journey into spiritual entrepreneurship. Cassandra shares how a small impromptu gathering of women in her home allowed her to see what was possible when women gathered together and truly supported one another. Today, Cassandra hosts 15-18 women’s retreats per year across the US and Central America. Cassandra also discusses how not being aligned with our bodies can actually cause us to feel depleted, exhausted, and burnt out and share tactics to overcome these feelings.
Cassandra Wilder is the CEO of GoddessCeremony, a global brand that focuses on women’s empowerment, and a Naturopathic Doctor with a specialization in women’s cycles and menstruation. She’s passionate about teaching women how to work WITH their bodies, rather than against them to avoid the burnout cycle and find fulfillment. Cassandra is also the creator of Spiritual Podcasting – an online course that teaches spiritual entrepreneurs how to go from overwhelm to execution in launching their podcast with heart.
